Dynamic Select features for 2016?

Dynamic Select features for 2016?
Waiting for my C400 to arrive in June gives me a lot of spare time to look on Youtube and Instagram for anything w205-related. Spotted this post on Instagram and was wondering if this is a new feature for MY16 or something strictly for the C63/C450 models. Or a European option which may eventually trickle down to North American Market. Did a quick search on the C63 forum for "Dynamic Select" but didnt find anything relevant.

They've renamed AGILITY to DYNAMIC and there are some new graphics. Likely something the old cars will get with a software upgrade at service time.
