RunFlat and tire size
It seems that 18 and 19 inch run-flats do not get along well with potholes. It seems that the 17 inch standard run-flat does better. Is it a rim problem on the 18 and 19 inch? Is it the closeness of rubber to the rim?

The action or fact of complying with a wish or command.
Are you saying folks who purchase an 18 or 19 inch tire are expecting a better ride? or perhaps assume that a bigger tire would do better falling into a pot-hole? The other possibility is that you used a wrong word-compliance.
