With 20s the stock sport brakes tend to look pretty tiny, the next step in size looks a lot better.
Ordered a set of calipers, rotors and pads and painted the calipers gloss silver ( Iridium 775)
Bought black Benz decals and fitted them before the clear was applied.
Looks much better painted and dirt will not stick as easy.

the title is somewhat misleading, the brakes on the pictures are actually C400 brakes, my stock brakes are a bit smaller and I wanted to fill out the wheel.

Pictured are the same calipers, the lower picture show them painted.
Dont actually know the size of the C300 brakes, but I think them being the same size as the C400 ones.
I only have a C180 so my stock brakes are a lot smaller ..

whats with the different model numbers?
(C180,C200,C250,C300,C400)
its confusing. Is it based on the HorsePower?
Are there any differences? like top speed?

160, 180, 200, 250, 300 and 350 Hybrid all uses the M274 Engine in various Power outputs, the C400 has the new M276 V6
@Duynguyen, It is possible that your C250 stock brakes also are the very ame as the C400.s
The Sport W205 only seem to use two different sizes but I am not sure where the transition is.

Those look great!
I think many of the guys wanting to dress their calipers here in the states will find this useful! Nicely done!
This was the first thing I did when we got our car...that raw finish on the W205 sport calipers looks pretty beat after a few miles and some rain, so the smooth paint will definitely keep them looking good for a long time.
Did you clear coat over the decal so it doesn't lift or peel?
When we did mine we added a clear so the decal can't lift or peel.
Again, looks great!![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Yes OSMS, I saw the post with your graphite calipers, and the looked great, so as I wanted to paint mine I decided to up the size since I have the small ones.
Also made it a lot easier to just swap and not having to wait for the painter.
Yes, the decals are placed on the base coat and then cleared over, just a decal would fly off after a few runs with the power washer.
Also made them a bit larger than the stock branding.

A mod hardly noticed by anyone, but for us with small engines it fills out the wheels a tad better.

Hopefully it does fit for you, but the issue isn't the rotor it's the caliper. I test fitted my 17in Winter Package wheel and it hit the caliper. I may have been able to use a spacer but I didn't want to mess with it.

Yes, I was specifically referring to the brake parts and lets say you have an issue with noisy brakes would the remedy's offered to owners with original parts be honored such as pad replacement?
