Thanks, and I agree about the stock system being too quiet. As time has gone by, the note has become a noticeably deeper, in a good way.
If I remember correctly, it was about $110. Definitely not more than $120. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. It was a small shop and had a Yelp coupon that I was able to use.
The short answer to your warranty question is no. This comes from speaking to the parts department at my dealership, as well as reading online. However, I'm taking their word with a grain of salt, because I'm sure if something were to go wrong with my engine (knock on wood), they'd find some way to tie it to this "modification". Luckily, I kept the stock mufflers. So, if something starts acting wacky, I'm gonna take it back to the shop and reinstall them before heading to the dealership.
I decided to not play around with the resonators for multiple reasons. For one, all the videos I watched on Youtube and all the threads on here make it seem like droning is a big issue. Those videos also had a lot of exhaust notes that were more annoying that aggressive, so naturally I wanted to avoid that. Lastly, I didn't want to jeopardize a loss in back pressure, even though I knew turbo engines are supposedly able to create enough pressure for the loss from deletes to be negligible.

I have a 2011 c300, I removed the 2 small resonators, and replaced the large one with the X-pipe, it sounds Amazing!! Hardly any drone when cruising around at the same speed, can't hear over a little music, but sounds so good under acceleration!! YouTube videos and videos I've taken just don't match up to how it sounds in person. Highly recommended

Two different animals.
