Night Package
I haven't seen any cars in here with the Night Package.
Is there any reason that not many people are going for this option?
Mine is due for delivery in August and I have gone for the polar white with the night pack. It was only a matter of 100 dollars or so extra so I went for it.

Not an option in the UK. I have only seen in when I have been on Mercedes Germany as an option on the configuratior. Must say I wish it was an option in the UK as I much prefer it. I'd even consider going for an out of the ordinary colour e.g. red if the night package was available as I think it would look awesome.

Night package
I love the black, and especially those wheels and grill neither of which could I spec as a factory option for the UK market. I'm planning to get a paint job on the wheels and change the grill for a diamond single fin grill on my car if or when it ever arrives!

DIY is cheaper.
Some dont like having the rear windows darkened without the rest of the car.
It's very difficult to find a matching tint for the front, low visibility, and the law in most countries doesn't allow it anyways.
Chrome trim goes best with dark paint (blue, black).
Cars that come with silver or white are best to have either in black, color matched, or orange like the CLA shooting break (looks like a tennis shoe, still - funky).
What I'd try personally, if I had the time:
- Wrap/paint the car in yellow or orange (see lambo colors), blackout trim.
- On a white car, cover the chrome with white carbon fiber - blackout is nolonger special in my opinion.
- Full/dark tint

I'd never heard of it before today. Not available in Japan, either.
I might have gone for it on my black C200. I really like the all black look. Would definitely do it if I could get the black multispoke wheels like my neighbor has on his S63.
Still, the chrome offers a nice contrast on the black.

Since all the base W204 and other models have black trim on their cheap base models I cannot see the exclusivity in this package.

I really like that additions of the Night Package as I thought there was too much chrome going on with my C400. Had the package been available here in the US and had I also placed my order for the car instead of buying off the lot I definitely would have option it with it. To me though it only looks good on either a white, red, or black car. Any other color it just doesn't seem like it would look right.

The black package is for MY16s only in the USA. I actually prefer the chrome look over the black but am considering it only because those black-insert 19" rims are only available with the night package now.
