How to make your speakers rattle for the dealership.

Hi all,

Seems like lots of people have a speaker rattle issue. I decided to make a video demonstrating exactly how to do it. You'll need an app from the app store called 'Audio Tool', and connect with your car with an iPod connection.

Let's hope that if enough of us do this Mercedes will officially fix the problem. I'm going to schedule another dealership repair for this, assuming they have a loaner in stock this time.

It affects every single speaker

I just tested it again using fader/balance on each speaker. With Surround on or off, it's a really big problem. At louder volumes the whole thing sounds like a bee is in the car.

I think the best solution is, since it's obviously affecting many owners, Mercedes should repair the problem and also give us an upgrade path to Carplay since they've proven it works with the system that we already have.

I may make a whole website about this.
