c63 vs c63s
hello, has anyone taken drive of the new 2016 c63 or the c63s?
I am wondering if anyone has reason they paid extra for the "s" as it is only marginally tenths of a second quicker.
Is the steering in the amg tighter/different than the c300 and c400?

2015, W205, C 220 BlueTEC AMG Line
I tested the c63s and it's awesome.
There are several differences between the c63 and c63s, you can learn more from MB website.
In addition, some optional equipment on the c63 are standard on c63s.
The standard C Class is far behind in comparison.
There is a specific forum group/category for AMG on mbworld.org.
Are you getting a new W205?

I am thinking about it. Originally, I wanted a tesla model s. You can get the P85+ for around 75-90k used. I need a sedan. I was debating waiting for the model E but that is suppose to come out in 2017-2018. I don't think I can wait that long.
I love the design of the W205 but when I test drove the c300 4MATIC, the steering felt mercedes like. Very loose. I don't really need AWD, I have always had FWD or RWD cars. The C300's steering and handling pales in comparison to even my bimmer, which has razor sport like steering and handling. But I don't want to get another bimmer (no 3 or 5 series) Just want something new.
I am wishing the c63 or the c63s has tighter steering. I have never owned an AMG so I don't know if steering is effected compared to the base models (other than a more powerful engine)

I've driven a lot of BMWs and own one now... and F30 328. I like the car a lot, but the steering is not really a huge strong point these days compared to say the older E46/E90 generations. I can't imagine the W205 being hugely worse feedback wise, because the F30 doesn't have tons of feedback as it is.
