C300 Lease

C300 Lease
Hey guys...First time here and had some questions.
Currently drive a 330ci, drove a 2015 C300 and want one now. I've never leased before, but my car is almost near breaking down. I will be going to medical school next year and don't need the car when I leave (hence the reason why I think leasing would be a good option).
The car has a MSRP of 43k with the features I want, and they are willing to do it for 410/month with taxes for a 3 year lease, with 15k miles/year, 0 down and 1500 for the sign and drive off (technically, something is down haha, but that's first month/registration and a few other things).
Any insight on whether this is a good deal, and in the scenario I do get into medical school (nothing is for sure), how hard would you figure it would be to get the lease off my hands (via swapalease or some other website).
