Intermittent Check Brake Pad Wear Message

Is anyone else experiencing this error message? I've taken it to my dealer twice and my service advisor has told me that there is nothing wrong with the brakes on both occasions.

If it's not a brake problem, it must be a sensor problem. This should be a fairly straight forward warranty repair, and one that your dealer should have addressed when you brought it in. Has this happened more than once?

I just dropped off the car off today. This will be my dealer's 3rd attempt at correcting this issue. It's kind of sad, most of the staff at the service counter recognize me by now.
