Info screen on my w205 locked up yesterday - could not interact with it via any control inc pad/ wheel, steering wheel controls etc. could not turn it off, even with the key out, no access to functions inc sat nav. Even the clock stopped.
Eventually reset after leaving for an hour or so. Anyone experienced similar?

C220 sport, no comand. 2014 build.

 

An update from a dealer will fix this. Mine did that twice, took it to be updated and no reoccurance.

 

Many thanks for that....thought it might req a software update.
