Hello, I have a 2015 C300 4matic and I've been taking alot of road trips recently, I know the manual would probably tell me this but do enough reading and just want the cliff notes, what is the best setting when taking long trips on the GPS, I would like a setting that avoids traffic and gets us there the fastest, I have see the fastest route and the shortest route options, what is the difference, sounds the same to me, Thanks in advance.

There's also a dynamic route option, which is designed to take you off the main roads to avoid traffic jams. I found it close to useless since it always selected an alternate route, regardless of the traffic. I'm back to the fast route as it seems to be the most accurate.
