Fortunately, from the front you can't even see it (especially on the Intelligent LED package).
You live in a lovely part of the world i have visited several times as i had a happy career with a financial service company named after your beautiful city and to drive a c class in such an environment makes you one of the very lucky people in this world, enjoy!
Ahem, now thanks to you, I can't stop noticing the orange reflectors on the side of just about every car I see on the road. I never knew it was an American requirement. I was happy in my ignorance. Now that I'm informed, a little less happy. LOL

Thanks everyone for the comments!
Been enjoying the car today.. it is such a masterpiece it really is and a true head turner, even in a city like Zurich where Porsches are like Golfs.
The only negative thing (and this is being very picky) that i've noticed is that upon startup while the car is turning over in park it seems to rattle slightly, as if it might stall, but maybe that is due to the engine being cold.
The other small thing is closing the doors.. it seems to be quite difficult to find the right amount of force to close the door properly without slamming it. Otherwise, it's just partially closed...
Other than that.. absolute perfection

One of the guys posted that comment on the C63 forum, so I did a little research and figured out what they were talking about.
It does seem like the nicer the light package, the smaller the reflector (that's probably not true, but it helps offset focusing on the reflector).
