i have a 2015 w205 4matic, i am putting a different set of rims on it. i ordered the new tmps sensors, what will i have to do to program them to the vehicle? thanks

If it's anything like my C204 you don't have to do anything......once you mount them and start driving the car picks up the signal just like the old ones. Swapping summers for winters was a breeze.
