Ceramic Pro
Anyone used Ceramic Pro on their car? Are you happy with the performance of the product? Anyone know of a dealer/installer in the Cincinnati, Ohio area?

My dealer recommends Ceramic Pro and I'm going to have them install it when my car arrives. They guarantee it and if there's ever an issue, I know they'll take care of me.

I have had ceramic pro on my car for a few months now. I'm very happy with it so far. Make sure your dealer polishes the car properly and if necessary does a paint correction prior to applying it. Don't expect your dealership to deliver your car without micro scratches on it. My car when clean always has that wet clean look. Touchless car washes now cleans the car like a hand wash and you can drive the car to dry without watermarks. The car beads like crazy when wet, and cleans a lot easier. Note I have the 2 coat version with the 5 year warranty. It can be layerd to a thickness that will give you a lifetime warranty.....

I've done 9 coats of Ceramic Pro 9H and 1 coat of Ceramic Pro Light on my car. Coat has been there for about 9 months and still has that wet look. Definitely worth the price and investment considering you wouldn't have to polish and wax the car anymore.

Never assume that because it's a new car that the dealerships valeters won't scratch or swirl the paintwork. I told my dealer not to wash or touch the car as I had it booked in at my detailers, which thankfully they complied with my wishes.

My local applicator said I needed to also bring it to them twice a year for a chargeable "inspection"

Sorry for the delay in responding to your post. I have never come across such routine maintenance in order to maintain the so called warranty. However my applicator did mention that there will be maintenance required depending on the way the car has been looked after. This will be free with no charge at all.
Take note that my car is washed on a weekly basis at the detailing shop which applied my coating for me. Any problem with the coating will be taken care of immediately with no charges at all.
Cheers!

Theres an app called auto geek online. Step by step process on DIY coating and detailing. I ended up wrapping my car but the process doesn't look hard at all and for the fraction on the price. I plan to pull the wrap off in the spring and coating my own car.
