prrsonal poi's

I have tried to install speed camera poi's from PocketGPSWorld.com via sd card on my w205 with command online. However when I insert the sd card in the slot on the car I get a message asking to insert sd card, the card is formatted 4o Fat 32. The instructions on PocketGPSWorld.com says command NTG 4.5, I believe the 2015 W205 command is NTG 5.0. Can anyone advise.
Thanks

Works fine on mine.

Couple of things to check:

I know it sounds daft, but you are 100% certain it is an SDHC card and not, for instance, an MMC Card you have re-cycled?
I don't know about SDXC…?

What capacity card is it? Again, relating to SDXC.

Have you put the POIs into the recommended Directory? I'm not at home, so can't confirm the Directory ID, but if they aren't there, then COMAND won't find them.

Thanks, I am using a 32gb SDHC class 10 Format Fat 32, and the directory I created is PersonalPoi.
I have to try again

Only thing I can suggest is double-check the Directory listing - I am sure it is case- sensitive, I think I fell foul of the, first time.

Hi again,
Thanks for your help, however no joy. I have the directory as stated in pocketworld gps instructions ie PersonalPOI, But the command doesn't recognise any card inserted, it is greyed out on the screen.
Regards
John

Ok - only option will be to try another SD card, to check if it's hardware (card/COMAND). Try copying some music onto the card to see if anything can be read.

Hi again,
I think that I
I have cracked it , I tried with the directory as " Personal POIs" this opened the 3 dialogue boxes which asked if you want to display on map with audible alert or without.
Best regards
John

As I said, the car is very fussy about the directory.

Well done - enjoy.
