I have a c350e with the Garmin Sat-Nav
As the title says - I took ownership of my new C350e about a month ago and I am slowly getting round to using all the toys.
My main issue at the moment is that the Garmin Sat-Nav seems to be virtually useless. For example - on Saturday I was going to Liverpool to see my son - enter his Post code (well tried too) - it seems that Liverpool only has Post Codes starting with L1 - my son lives in an area with s staring Post code of L3.
Is the Garmin Sat-Nav that crap - or am I being stupid ?
I have checked with the Mercedes Download Manager and it says that my Sat-Nav is up to date
Any help would be gratefully received

C Class 200 sport petrol auto
I tried to enter L3 4FP on my C200 and could not get past L34 as all the letters were then missing. It was OK with L3 40 and gave me a list of addresses
Tried it on my Portable Garmin and it was fine and found the Echo Arena Liverpool in a couple of seconds.
The MB Garmin seems to have a chunk of its database missing. Hope you report it to MB. I had a look at the Garmin support pages and Mercedes is not listed as a car that uses their product.
Did you try entering the address manually via town, street, number?
