I'm pretty sure the 450 is a mechanical LS and the C63/63s is an electronic locking LS.

But isn't that unit part of the 4matic and purely used to apportion power between the front and rear axle. I recently drove my car on an ice track and felt no evidence of any limited slip function, I.e. the inner wheel was spinning up and it was very difficult to hold the car in a constant circle.

C450, GLS 63 and a few other things
I think a few early articles listed a mechanical lsd, but later specs list mechanical center diff, as noted. The 2016 brochure list mechanical for C63 and electronic for the c63s only.

That doc also doesn't list the 450 as a 4matic so I'm not sure if that's the best doc for determining specs

If you referring to the brochure I posted above, it does...check again (and look for the AMG performance 4Matic). If you are referring to some other doc, ignore me.

Either way, keep up the great work with the site.

Yeah I see that now. I will reach out to my rep and merc Corp to see what they say and update the faq accordingly.

Right now we are focusing on the C450 however I would love to bring other cars into the fold. I am looking at purchasing another domain for a more general C Class website name as well as working with the owner of c43amg.com to purchase that domain as well.

The main problem we have is that I do not have enough guys with other C classes to go out and grab the data for the site. The stuff for just the c450 takes up most of my day as I am constantly in contact with companies working on new products and what we have been doing to accelerate products to market is loaning one of our c450s to them for r and d we dont have that kind of flexibility with other C classes.

If I can find a good domain name thats available i will do it.

I was thinking of allthingsbenz.com but i think that will be to broad and open me up to all classes and idk if i have the time for that lol

Although I really wish I could be of help but I'm what they call a 'noob' when it comes to cars.. I definitely would love to see c200/250/300/400 on that very neat site!
Cheers mate for the great job and keep up the good work

Cajun1689....So what were the baseline #s on the dyno before the exhaust... I saw the update on C450AMG.com but I didn't see any numbers? Was there dyno readings different than the other dyno when you had it tuned

Hi Cajun!
Site looks good! Anything for us C400 guys? Or are we under the C450? Lol.
And how are you liking that OE Tune?
If you go look at my other posts, I have 1/4 mile before and after times and am planning to go to do a dyno run soon.
Do you need anyone for additional input?
Cheers!
