Engine and Wiper issues with my 2015 C300

I purchased my car in last December. And my mileage is about 8000. There are few issues with my car.
1) bleeding seat cover in cold weather. White oily stain on the seat.
--Dealer fixed it.
2) light on the door handle went off. --Dealer fixed it.
3) Wipers chatter. I have to go back to dealer at least 4 times. They still haven't fixed it. I'm wondering if anyone has the same problem. Some folks said they replaced the windshield.
4)Noise from engine. We recently noticed that there's some noise from engine. So we asked dealer to check it. I had to leave my car there for a week because they had to take out the whole engine, then put it back.
5) I was informed that the engine noise was fixed. The next day, while I was driving on the highway, I start hearing the noise again. And when I just exited highway, the engine suddenly cut off. There was no warning signal. The car behind me almost hit my car. I had to call for roadside assistance.

I did call the MBUSA to report these issues. They assigned a case manager to me. But I didn't get result yet. I almost have to send my car back to dealer every month. It's so annoyed and I've spent so much time and energy. And due to safety concern, I don't want this car any more.

Does anyone know what I should do and how I can negotiate with dealer and MBUSA in my case???? Does anyone has the same experience???

Known issue fixed only by complete seat cover replacement.
2) light on the door handle went off. --Dealer fixed it.
Known issue and easily resolved in most cases.
3) Wipers chatter. I have to go back to dealer at least 4 times. They still haven't fixed it. I'm wondering if anyone has the same problem. Some folks said they replaced the windshield.
Common complaint. May require adjusting the wiper arm or a thorough cleaning of the windshield.
4)Noise from engine. We recently noticed that there's some noise from engine. So we asked dealer to check it. I had to leave my car there for a week because they had to take out the whole engine, then put it back.
Several threads about this. Can be minor or major issue, and has to be dealt with by dealer.

I had a "lemon" and wound up trading for a new C300. I did get some assistance with the deal from both MB-USA and the dealer.

It's wiper issue. When it's on, it's jumping on the windshield.

My wipers are horrible. They skip so bad the entire car shakes. Sounds awful too.

Had them replaced once and that did nothing. I basically replaced new wipers with another set of new wipers. I think it's ridiculous that guys are replacing their entire windshield in order to get normal operating wipers.

The dealer had replaced all parts of wipers and still couldn't resolve the issue. It's unacceptable like they said "it is what it is".

Asking for help on a trade might be your best route. Every case is different, so my deal is not going to help you. You can ask for an extended warranty as well as cash assistance with the trade. Alternately, check your state's Lemon Law and see if you qualify for arbitration.

My car had the same problem with wiper chattering. It was after applying RainX. It never got fixed until the windshield was replaced.

The wiper issue is a very simple fix but your SA may not know about it. Our C450 had the same issue, absolutely horrible wiper chatter in light rain. I took it in for service and they used a solvent to clean the windshield. According to my SA, the factory paint sealant is the cause of the problem. Stripping the windshield down to bare glass eliminated the problem for us. There was no need to replaced wipers or adjust the wiper angle. The wipers work perfectly now.

I'm a little surprised that MB has not issued a TSB for this yet.

I'd occur with this as my wipers have improved over time as the windscreen and wipers bed in.

This is the product recommended by MB for wiper chatter. It is also listed in WIS as a solution for the issue. Hope this helps for future owners.

Had similar on mine...

I had:-
Glass polished the screen
Chemically stripped the glass, fallout remover, iron remover, clayed..
Tried simple methylated spirits
Changed the mild soap solution in the washer fluid
Cleaned the wiper blades and treated with 303 protectanct

All of this made them fine initially but then very soon afterwards in light rain the chatter would return...

I advised the dealer and suggested the adjust the wiper arms to change the blade angle to the screen.. ie they twist the wiper arm slightly...
i wasn't going to do that in case something broke and i'd be up for the cost....

Problen solved....

Give it a whirl and check on google for this.. there a few graphics describing the change..

best of lucj with everythign else..

Mine has been a PITA too... endless stupid faults and crap build quality...

By sealent, do you mean overspray from a shipping protectant which is insufficiently removed at receipt at dealership?

If so also odd as every method of cleaning under th sun was tried on mine and only the blade angle adjust made a lasting difference..

Perhaps there are multiple factors invoilved here and not just the one..
