Standing lamps

Does anyone know how long these lamps stay on or if there is an auto shut off after a certain voltage is reached? Page 126 of our owners manual doesn't really provide much info other than how to turn them on. I'm heading out to a party tomorrow night with on street parking and wanted to make the car more visible. The standing lamp would be a great feature to use if I don't return to a drained battery!

Don't know what the maximum is but they will stay on at least 3 hours (the longest I've left them on in one go).

Cool thanks for the info! I left them on this morning in my garage as a "test run" and shut them off after two hours. My neighbor across the street said that one of my running lights were out LOL

The owners manual says "If the battery has been excessively discharged, the parking lamps or standing lamps are automatically switched off to enable the next engine start."

Hmmm those words "excessively discharged" scares me a bit.
