For those that purchased a used CPO W205. Did you get a 3 month trial for Sirius traffic and weather? Or longer. My vehicle had Sirius traffic and weather enabled. It was working fine for over a year. It was deactivated during the engine rebuild by the dealer. MBUSA is now claiming I should only have got it for 3 months as my car is a CPO.

Anyone else with a CPO run into this issue? Or is your 3 years of traffic/weather working as normal, and I am getting screwed? There is no documentation anywhere about this on the MBUSA or Sirius website.

Contact your home state attorney general and file a complaint for a deceptive or unfair trade practice. Fault is immaterial, as is intent.
