hello..

my panorama is stuck in this position and whenever you try to change it from the button, there is a loud clicking noise and the glass will not move an inch.. also note that in one side it is closed and in the other it is not..

do you have any ideas on what caused this or how could it be fixed..

Go to your MB service center asap. You do not want to damage it further, should be covered under warranty.
