2015 C300
Brake Pads
Recently sent my C300 for service A. Everything seems fine, except that front brake pads are at 11mm (85%), and rear brake pads are at 8mm (65%).

I have driven the car for 10,300km in just over a year. Is it normal that the pads are already at 65%? I thought brake pads last for at least 50,000km.

I don't consider myself a 'hard braker'. I usually use the brakes quite gently for ride comfort…

Do you have Distronic? I notice the car uses a lot of autonomous braking when on cruise.

No distronic.

My dealership said it is normal rate... not sure if they are just bs-ing me.

That seems ok from my experience. The C450 has massive front brakes vs the rear so 30kms our of the front pads would not be out of the ordinary...
