It looks like this list is from a used car web site. If it is, are there any pictures that will give you some hints? Bigger screen (Comand) or silver speakers (upgraded sound)?

I wouldn't assume anything from the list.

 

I just bought a 2016 C300 with premium sound system and the only way to get it is by taking the Premium 2 package which includes the full LED headlamps and taillamps. I don't see those listed in your description. I think Comand comes in the Multimedia package that includes navigation which I also do not see in your list.

 

I second that. That would be in P2 and Multimedia pkg.
