Bluetooth Audio Connectivity Issues
Hi all,

I just purchased a 15' c300 sport and I'm having difficulties streaming music from my phone through BT audio. When I go into telephone it shows that my phone is connected, but when I go to BT audio, it doesn't have my phone listed.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any help is appreciated!

What kind of phone do you have? If you have another device you can use to pair to your car, you can figure out if it's an issue with your phone or the car.

I had a similar issue and it turns out my Note 5's Bluetooth was bad.

Assuming its Android, you may want to check your bluetooth setting to see if Media Audio option is selected.

My wife and I both have Iphone 6's (her's being a 6 and mine a 6s) Calling the dealership today to see what I'm doing wrong.
