Apparently I someone back up into my car which is hit and run while I wasn't present. I took my car to the shop and they told me I need a new bumper and they can't repair it. Anyone have any ideas see if it can be repair? Btw. It didn't cut through

 

Get an opinion from another shop and see if they can repair. Some shops will repair even if torn. Others find easier to replace. Either way bumper has to come off car. If repaired, bumper will be refinished to do it right.

 

It is an easy fix for a professional painter but youll need a respray.
