I took my car in for a software update due to the steering wheel recall issue. I asked them if they have any updates for other software, please update for me. So they updated some. And today, when I tried to use Garmin Pilot, it said the software needs to be updated and won't let me use it. I tried updating it from MB Download Manager, but there's no update for Garmin since 2014. So I emailed the dealer asking them about it. You know what they said? "oh, we tried updating the sd card, but it didn't work. Maybe you need to buy a new garmin sd card". OMG, 600 bucks and he's acting like I can just buy a $10 sd card to replace. Have anyone run into this issue when you updated your car's software?

My MapPilot hasn't worked right since the day I got my C300. Mercedes has been unable to fix it. Just keep fighting until they get you a new one.
