This took quite some time, but I have finally managed to create a W205 4Matic Airride System. It currently has an AirLift V2 Management System with the Digital Controller. The bags are from Universal Air Suspension in California. I used my OEM Mercedes Bilstein Struts and shipped it to them to build a bag on the strut. As for the rears, a universal bag just replaced the spring.
Installation took us about 3 full days and on the 4 day was just minor touch up and mounting. The rears are not very easy to work with as the fronts are. I did not work on this on my own. I'd like to thank my friends for coming out and taking the time to help me with this project. You can follow them on Instagram: @boogie98 and @martinifettuccini.
It drives like an S-Class on a C-Class. Its a very smooth ride. I do recommend this to anyone who want the comfort of their ride and the slammed look to top it off.

Sorry it took me a while to respond. I have been pretty busy lately. I have two compressors with 3/8 lines. I have a 4 Gallon tank mounted right behind the seat release for the rear seats. My compressors are mounted on a plastic piece where the "spare tire" is supposed to be. It is a loud system right now but I am working on it to get it insulated. The bags makes the car have a very smooth ride.

When people mention they've wrapped their cars and show pictures my response is "meh", but I have to say this is very tastefully done and the uniqueness factor of it alone is catching.
