Installing left side mirror (UK version) on a left hand car

Installing left side mirror (UK version) on a left hand car
Is this possible? Advantage here is to gain
1) Reverse Mode: Mirror moves based on an a memorized position.
2) Auto Dim.
Same applies for UK cars (getting the right side mirror from another market).
Thoughts?

Of course, but only one side has auto dim, and auto moves on reverse.
Installing the other side from another market (with right drive car), would logically allow both mirrors to have the same features.
