I have a 2012 c-250, bought used just turned 55,000. Been having long cranking problems for a bit. Took to dealer for diagnosis. bad cam adjusters, $4950 for repair. they said they contacted MBUSA and they denied a good will warranty. I would like to call them myself because I find this totally bogus. anyone know how to get directly to the office I need to speak to about my issue?
