Update on my mats
So, I had bought some mats from a new company called Autopreme based out in San Diego, California. I've had the mats for almost a year now, they're high quality and are very stylish. So far, I've had everything but snow on them and they are so easy to clean.

i don't know how much the oem ones cost, but i'm glad i got both amg and all season mats for free.

My 2015 C300 Sport came with the carpeted AMG mats, but I later ordered the stock rubber OEM all-season mats from eBay...$93 shipped for all four.
I like the rubber all-season mats better than the carpeted mats.

Ah, funny. I didn't even look at that. I just remember them posting up about a month ago looking for social media ambassadors for their kickstarter launch.

I recently was notified of a large sum of money from the estate of a foreign prince which I, if I assisted in bringing the funds into the US, was entitled to keep several million dollars. It was all true and now I am a multi millionaire.

The Kickstarter appears legit. I don't think the quilted pattern would match well with our interior so I will pass. I had Weathertech mats in my F150 Crew cab. They are not cheap. I think the Kickstarter prices for these look fair but there is no way I would pay the MSRP price.

I don't like it, but I "get" it.

Well, as far as i know I'm not one of these ambassadors you guys are talking about and i apologize for making this look like a spam post. I just joined the mbworld forums and thought i could spread the word on these floor mats. Yes, they are expensive, but when i got mine, i had a discount code that they posted here on mbworld, so it was about $200 for driver/passenger/rear seats. I actually found out about this product from seeing someone's random post pertaining to these mats, this was before i was a member and i would just skim around looking at the members' cars and ideas. I thought maybe i could be helpful and spread the word out about this product because that's how i heard of it: through word of mouth. Again, apologies for advertising.

The posts just have all the markings and buzzwords of a planted campaign. Referring to it as "product" phrases like "word of mouth" "spread the word" and awkward language using
"pertaining to". Sounds forced and unnatural. Subtle cues...

Who cares......
If they have pictures of what they look like in our cars, I'm good with that...
So let's see the pictures....

No sir, I am new to the whole forum thing, this is the first forum site I've joined, and I have never met so many douchebags in my life. So far, I've had nothing but negative comments and only two people have been posting anything positive. Also, don't you think if I was a rep for this company I would know exactly where they were based. Takymoto, sorry about the late post on the pictures as it has been raining down here in Texas for the past few weeks. Here are the photos of the mats and the civic in case any another douchebag still does not believe that I'm my own person and calls me a shill.

it's funny even the worst forum trolls, once you met them face to face, they ain't really that bad. Some people love to hate, specially on the internet when everyone is pretty much anonymous.
but to everyone's point, what would you think when you see someone posting about a kickstarter campaign funded product as their first POST?
Perhaps an introduction on the "new members" thread would have been more appropriate.

I understand, looking back at it now that it appears spammish, that's why I apologized on an earlier response. As for the introduction thing, my blind self did not see the new members thread, thanks.

I believe you. No way a shill would post such unflattering pics of the product. Those look great new but wow they don't wear well (go figure...quilted faux leather isn't an ideal floor mat material) and the fit isn't very good either. Hard to tell but it looks like the threads in the quilting on the front mat is coming up as well.
I think just plain old black carpet makes the best mat material, and generally anything that makes the mats stand out, other than maybe a contrasting outline or a logo, is a bad idea.

Well, at least your carpets will look good for resell. Just don't try and sell that car with those in it or someone will think you are color (colour for our UK friends ) blind. Might look better with the right color and the right install (you didn't tuck any of the edges) but as it is they are a definite NO!
As far as everyone being "douchebags" you just have to have thicker skin. You are surrounded by different people with different opinions. Things I think look great others hate & vice versa. Some people love their W205 and others hate them. Its just they way it is.
Good luck!
