JD Power Initial Quality Study - 2016
It looks like the 2016 JD Power Initial Quality Study results are coming out. It gives the 2016 C Class an overall rating of "about average".

A step up from last year, no?
Interesting that the only above average mark was for interior design. That confirms my worst suspicions about the C class--that on average (i.e., across a statistically significant spread of ownership experiences), it looks better than it is to own. That being said, I don't personally put as much stock in JD Power as Consumer Reports, so I would wait until CR comes out to draw any conclusions about quality after model year two.
