Mercedes Me - Remote Locking
Hi All,
I've finally taken delivery of my C250 AMG Premium Plus here in the UK. Over 4 months since order but its been worth it.
I have question with regards to my Mercedes me. I finally got it working after confirming the T's & C's on the website (by off chance) so now I get like 10 out 14 services active. However, when I try to activate remote locking and parking location, the page refreshes and stays on inactive.
The command screen in the car now shows the car with blue signal symbol and all other features such as fuel etc show.
The mobile app is pants compared to the web app IMO.
Help would be appreciated.

So, I went into my local dealers today only to be told that I'd have to call the dealer I got my car from as "they can only do what we do"!!! My response to that was if that's the case then you do it!!!
Anyway I called Mercdes Me whilst in the dealership (from my own phone). It turned out that there was some things that needed accepting on their system and all of a sudden all 14 services were active. The guy on the phone even said he'd look into it over the next 2 days and get back to me. He called me within 30 minutes later to say it should now work. Complete opposite experience to the dealership unfortunately.
All good from now on.
