Hello Members - I just acquired my first MB, a 2014 C250 sport sedan. There is a nick in the drivers side door armrest down through the foam base. Does anyone know if the armrest is separately replaceable or is it integrated with the door panel? Thanks and any guidance appreciated.

 

The arm rest element is ultrasonically welded which is evident from the rear of the door card....
A trimmer could repair / replace the arm rest covering likely without needing to disassemble the arm rest section. If the plastic welds were broken it would be a weaker assembly following adhesive re assembly... Plastic welding may get it back or equivalent to standard....
