Tire rotation
Perhaps a silly question.. should you rotate the run-flat tires from side to side on a C450 since the difference in size makes it impossible to rotate front and back.

That makes sense. The dealer told me that rotation will prolong the life of the tires. But you can't do that since front and rear are of different size.

What they should have told you was to maintain correct pressure, and come the time to change not to assume to replace with like...
I will be replacing my continental sports contact 5's with Hankook Venus Evo S2... Half the price and only a few percent lower performing in independent tests ... Oh and non run flat for comfort and ride improvements...

Right- BUT... Is it ok to change brands on a leased vehicle? And to use non run-flats would require a spare , but I I don't want to give up the trunk space

Depends on the terms of your lease...

Or if you will burn through the second set before the end switch back to ORM before the return ... Depends on your mileage..

Re boot space... Tyre weld / slime x2 and a plug kit ...

I took my runflats off, bought non runflats and I will put the runflats back on when I turn in the car at the end of the lease. I had bent rims fixed 7 times and was tired of it. 4 times under warranty and 3 times i had to pay for

If I get a flat ill call a truck. I'm on 18's, the new tires really helped with ride comfort
