Base C300 wheel cracked. Need new one or advice.
I have a base c300 with the 18inch option and my rim cracked. Dealer asked for 539.00 for a new wheel. What would you do in this situation? Are there any wheel sets I could buy for similar pricing without changing tires? Just using the run flats? Should I just pay the 539.00 or get a whole new set of wheels? eBay has the wheel for 520.

If your other three wheels are in good shape, I personally would just buy a genuine OEM replacement wheel on ebay...which overall would be less expensive than buying a whole set of decent aftermarket wheels. I'd also try to get one that wasn't reconditioned.
I definitely would go this route if you plan on trading the car in at a dealership in a couple years.

Tough call. A new set of replica wheels will run around $800. If you were thinking about sexier rims this might be a good time. Opinions vary on replica wheels. I've run several over the years and they've stayed true and held up cosmetically as well as any of the OEM wheels I've had.
Lots of established rep wheel vendors on EBay. The guys I bought my first set from six years ago are still in business.
