Setup Voice Commands/Dialing. Is it Standard across all W205 models?
Whenever I hit the little voice activation button on the steering wheel it gives me an error that no navigation software is installed.
Am I doing something wrong?

Did you pay the extra money for the COMAND option (voice commands)...it's not a standard option. I had no issues with the voice control not working in my 2015 C300 or my current 2016 C450. With both vehicles I paid extra for the COMAND package.
If you paid the extra money for COMAND, sounds like a trip to your dealership is in order...

Even on non COMAND cars, the Audio 20 setup does not come with navigation as standard. You can either pay to add this onto Audio 20 or save some cash and use your smartphone which is likely way superior anyhow. In car tech for the most part is years behind smartphones or other common tech.
