I'll see what I can do. I don't have a proper camera with a microphone and the last time I tried to get some clips with my iPhone, it wasn't even close to a true representation of the sound. I'll try again though.

It sounds sweet though. Completely quiet still when just putting around, but when you get on it, it's a BEAST! Almost obnoxious but I love it!

Our catbacks are really quite sufficient for 400-500+ HP.

If you want to get some more noise and get an ACTUAL gain in performance, install some downpipes. Only cost me $800 and the car sounds fantastic now

Having a switch for your exhaust is awesome and I would totally get an Armytrix if it was $1000-1200. But $4500 for a switch and some valves?? Get real
Totally agree! $4-5k on just an exhaust? Get the AWE Track for 1/4 to 1/5th of the price! For $5k, get yourself an awesome tune, killer wheel & tire setup, an AWE exhaust, coil springs to lower at least 1-1.5 inches, maybe get a carbon fibre spoiler, and take a long weekend to go to track the car (road race & 1/4 mile) and have enough left over for the 3 night hotel stay and meals (steak dinner).....

Haha! That is true, but you should already be able to afford that. A car is a depreciating asset, therefore rule of thumb you're not supposed to spend more than 35% of your income on your car. If 4-5k is pricey for you, I would recommend an American or Japanese car.

"Killer wheel & tire setup"
Vossen has nice VFS/2 rims but due to the suspension set up and front brake needed to clear, I would need a forged rim. Below shows a C450 with vossen forged rims, his rims alone are $7,000.

Adv.1 wheels sets price at 3k but has the same issue like the vossen, so the forged set for 4 rims are $14,000.

Personally I do not care about the +10-20 HP difference since I do not track my car.

I get what you're saying, but my point was, hard to justify 4-5k when other options are out there. And I wouldn't spend that kind of money (the ones you quoted) on wheels! Lol
I'd be happy with some of the TSWs I've seen on the C43/C450s posted out there. ;-)

For me, money isn't really the issue when it comes to spending $4,500 for a cat-back system just to increase the exhaust note, it's the principle. Heck, I just paid $962 for AMG side sill panels!

Knowing there are other quality alternatives out there which give the same result for 1/3 the price would keep me from spending the $4,500.

This one maybe better as it's a Warm Engine and Exhaust so that you can hear what the AWE Touring Sounds like when its Warm and not a Cold Start like the previous video.
