Is there any way on getting the 'text message' icon to appear on your COMAND screen when using SatNav?
I was on a longish journey yesterday and it annoyed me that unless you hear the tone of and incoming message then there is no notification unless you are in the telephone screen.
Surely the display next to the phone signal strength would be idea, much like the green telephone icon you get when on the phone!

Connect your phone via Bluetooth (obviously) then on iPhone in Bluetooth settings tap i next to MB Bluetooth (or what ever your car is called) enable 'show notifications' that should be it!

but just in case, i turned it off and back on.
and.....nope. not showing me a single text message, even new ones.
