BEEP SOUND
I have a 2016 C300 and I'm aware that she beeps because I have blindspot assist but she's also beeping at other times and can't seem to find a reason why she does. I included screenshot of my C300 specs at time of purchase. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's likely your Collision Prevention Assist warning, which you'll hear (and "see" in the from of a red blinking light in your instrument cluster) from time to time.
