security for carbon fiber rear diffuser

So about 2 weeks ago I walked to my C300 and saw the rear diffuser half way off. Firs thing I thought of someone hit my car and took the diffuser off. As I began inspecting the diffuser, it hit me someone tried to steal the damn thing. I say that because I looked under the diffuser and the elongated threaded screws I put to stabilize the diffuser was taken off. I began thinking this is actually a easy steal when I think about it. So does anyone epoxy or do anything else to the tabs so someone can't just tug on the diffuser to take it off? Any suggestions if I wanted to permanently have this attached to the bumper? PLEASE help annoyed of not having the diffuser on. Thank you
