New C250 extras or keep my existing car
#1
![Question](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
Hi,
I currently have the 2013 C CLASS DIESEL SALOON C220 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY Executive SE 4dr my current car has 37.000 Miles.
This was part of a lease and the lease period is over on the 20th of December this year.
I have been give an offer of £11.500 (around $14.000 dollars) if I wanted to buy my existing car (my car has new tyres and has been serviced recently).
I would be getting a car allowance of around £300 a month (approx $370)
I was also looking at the new C250 2017 amg line premium plus + driving assistance pack + night mode (18' inch) + 360 camera,
The new C250 would come to approx to 48 months X £390 monthly (approx $480) with a down payment of £4000 ($5000usd) and a ballon payment of £15000 ($18500 usd).
I am also considering looking for a used C250 with very low mileage (approx £28000 or 34.000) but most of them dont offer any of the packages above apart from the premium package.
The idea of buygin a new car would have been buy to keep it for the years to come and build it exactly as I wanted,
What would you do and why ?
1)Keep existing car
2)Buy new
3)Buy used
Also from the pakcages above, in your opinion, which ones do you think are worth it and which ones are a waste of money and why?
There is a night package ( a bit more expensive) with 19' wheels so if anyone has any idea how that handles and if this is worth it please let me know.
Any help is appreciated .
Thanks

I would say buy new as the W205 is WAY better than the W204, especially in terms of tech and interior.
If you're going to keep it for a while, then the 2017 C250 you're looking at seems to be very well optioned (I'm not a fan of driving assistance packages, but they offer amazing technology). I would buy the extended warranty just to have the piece of mind.
I'm not a fan of big wheels on non-Performance cars so I would go with the 18". Had it been the new C63 Coupe, then I would go with the 19".
