No seatbelt pinging chime upon startup - how to enable it?
Hi,
After watching some reviewers on YouTube reviewing US-spec W205s, I noticed that upon starting the car, the seatbelt chime is heard.
In my C300 (CKD'd in Malaysia), there's no seatbelt chime whenever I start the car. It's only when I start driving without the seatbelt on, then only the chime starts pinging.
Any ideas on how to enable it (if possible)?
Also, I noticed that I don't have the 'Passenger airbag off' thing in the centre console. I realized that all Malaysian-spec W205s don't have this. So I suppose this means that the passenger airbag is active all the time?

Out Of Control!!
You need to visit a workshop that has the MB SDS system.
They will interrogate the SAM to determine if you have that feature and or the ability to turn it on or off!!
