Route cable from engine bay to interior?

Follow the main engine harness through the bulkhead grommet... easy is relative..
Often easier to go from the rear of the dash with a cable puller (or coathanger) in to the engine bay and pull the line up from engine bay side than to try and gain access from engine bay side and push into the passenger compartment.
If this is for 12V power.. you have numerous option in side the vehicle to pick up from FYI...
