Audio 20 media issue

I really hate the sound quality by linking my iphone6 plus to the audio20 by bluetooth(I did not choose burmester) So I tried to use USB for music and the sound quality is OK for me.

But when I try to turn up/down the volume by the buttons on the steering wheel, the scroll next to the touchpad and my phone, NONE of these worked.
The only way I can do is to switch to radio and adjust to a proper volumn then turn back to media.

I am sure I use the original lightning cable from Apple and I even bought a new one to test. Still not worked.

Anyone has the same problem? I am thinking it might be something wrong in the audio20 system but I dont know if my dealer would replace a new one for me because this seems to be a tiny thing

This is happening because you don't have any tracks on your iPhone's default music app. To fix it, just download at least 1 song on your music library and that will fix it. You will still be able to play Spotify, Youtube, etc... You just need to have at least one song installed for the system volume function to work.
