Mounting Front plates
Any one here mounted their front plates using the tow hole type mount ? I am also wondering whether its legal for offset license plate location in WA

2016 c450 / 2016 VW Jetta 1.8t / 2006 Wrangler X
I thought about it on my car but the location it wrong on the c class. The tow eye is too high and the plate partially covers the headlight. A few owners rigged up brackets to fit the plate under the bumper sitting on the lower grill leaning back on an angle. They might have modified the plate to fit though.
