Hi friends! Need help!

I am going to have my new mercedes in the dealership in Indiana in 1 week, but I have to leave on 19th and during the entire Christmas until 16th Jan, which means I have to either pick up the car next week or in the middle of January.

So, I just wonder, should I leave my new car in the dealership for about 1 mouth??? I am not sure if it is a good idea, since I know very little about the dealership. I am kind of afraid that they will use my car as a demo or drive it for a little bit or I don't know...

Do any of you have suggestions?? Or probably have the same experience?

Delivery miles should be no more than low teens. I doubt there's any risk in picking it up after your vacation.

isn't it illegal for them to use your vehicle as loaner if you paid deposit on it?
