Has anyone been able to add Ambient lighting similar to E or S class?

The OEM package can be added if you didn't get it from the factory. Just need to wire it up and change the computer settings with the mb tool.

Any idea how much it would cost to install it ? what all needs to changed?

OEM is limited to 3 colors, white, amber and blue. The E gets a 64 color system and the S has less (but more than the C). My bet is the facelift 205 and 222 will both get the 64.

In terms of bang for the buck I don't think the time and money involved in a retrofit would be worthwhile.
