Hi guys, we had a beautiful 70 degrees sunny day today and I noticed that when the AC is on blowing cold air you can hear very audible clicks coming from the leftmost and rightmost AC vents. I've heard it on cold days when the heater came on but it only lasted a few seconds. However, with cold air blowing out it seemed to do that noise for about 15 or 20 minutes. It's not consistent at all meaning it can make that clicking noise every few seconds and then go silent for a few minutes etc.. I've noticed that on both the loaners I've driven as well so I assume it is normal, but I am curious if anyone else has heard that.

Sounds like flap actuator motor issues!!

I get a few clicks from the passenger side when I start the car but then it stops.

 

I also noticed this clicking recently.. but like mentioned above, it goes away once it's warmed up.

Yup. Haven't had them happen today so I will wait till the weather gets warmer and I use the AC on cold a lot. If it's still happening I will take it to the dealership
