Horrible service from Keyes European for my C450 Brakes!!
The service manager named Miles had the ***** to say that worn rotors and pads at 7k miles is normal on a C class and him and foreman didn't see anything wrong with that.. I know that brakes are good for at least 20k miles of hard driving.

Anyone else experience really bad service with Keyes in Van Nuys
