You mean to take the cluster out of the dash or how to take the whole cluster apart? .. what are you trying to fix exactly?

Extend steering column out full and down full.
Lock steering column in place.
Unclip plastic collar shroud at the base of the steering column top side and pull toward you at the base of the dash binnacle, put to one side.
two torx bolts visible at base of binnacle, unscrew and retain.
pull binnacle forward gently and angle the top edge forward (should be hard up against rear of steering wheel.
Un hook wire harness retaining loop.
Undo actual wire harness connector from rear of binnacle.
Manipulate binnacle rotating and sideways to clear the back of the steering wheel.
CAUTION not to gouge the dash front edge with the rear of the binnacle (masking tape this face at start if you are worried.).

Reverse for install.

Looks like you will need to take the needles off to install those. Not worth the risk since you might to recalibrate them. Unless benz clusters are self calibrating.
